About the Event

Personality Matters: Using Myers-Briggs to Work (and Live) Smarter

Ever wonder why you click instantly with some people and clash with others? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) helps you understand how you—and those around you—prefer to think, communicate, and make decisions. In this fun, interactive session, you’ll explore what your personality type reveals about your strengths, stress triggers, and blind spots. You’ll also learn how to use this insight to build stronger relationships, improve teamwork, and communicate more effectively in business and in life.

*Please be sure to take this free Myers-Briggs test and bring your results to the event!

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Morgan Hamer is the owner of Morgan Manifests, where she helps women break free from self-doubt and create magnetic, authentic lives. A self-proclaimed “street psychologist” since seventh grade, she has spent thousands of hours studying psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality to master tools like the Myers-Briggs personality test and NLP life coaching. After transforming her own life—manifesting a thriving relationship, a seven-figure real estate portfolio, and true personal freedom—Morgan now empowers others to do the same with her signature mix of science, mindset, and playful authenticity.
