When Nicole Sodoma opened the doors to Sodoma Law in 2008, it was with the intention of building a different kind of law firm – a “family firm” that showed commitment to her clients, to her team and to her community.  Over time, this concept evolved into “The Sodoma Way”.

In its first 12 months, Sodoma Law grey from 1 to 12 employees, rapidly growing her practice and brand while adhering to her core values and culture.  The firm quickly became recognized as one of the fastest growing and best family law firms in North Carolina, attracting the most talented legal professionals in the region.  Twelve years later, Sodoma Law has four offices across two states with 20 fearless attorneys.  With Nicole at the helm, the firm is led by a leadership team, and administrative team and a “culture crew” that brings it all together.
