The best leaders know how to build authentic and influential relationships and own them for life. This unit challenges our assumptions about how relationships (professional and personal) really work and offers ideas on how to deepen the quality of our relationships with clients and with each other. The behaviors and techniques discussed in this session illustrate how success comes down to how leaders conceive of, create, manage and nurture relationships in all directions—with office teams, with existing customers, with prospective customers, and with family and friends.

About Your Speaker:

As the Managing Director at CRA | Admired Leadership, Mallory Stacey advises experienced and emerging leaders at organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. She specializes in helping others build leadership credibility and develop relationships in authentic, compelling, and practical ways.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Mallory has worked on three continents and recently focused her efforts on newly promoted leaders looking to advance in their careers. She has worked across a variety of industries, including commercial goods, financial services, healthcare, local and state government, manufacturing, and nonprofit.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, Mallory spent over a decade as a Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she was a part of the process improvement division of the business transformation office. Mallory led cross-country teams through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Mallory holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina, she is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
